How do I place a custom order?
You can either message us through the website chat or email us with your request. We’ll work with you to finalize the design before starting production.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Because our items are made-to-order, we begin production quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item is handcrafted with care using high-quality materials and precision laser tools from xTool.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials including wood, steel, aluminum, acrylic, leather, and more, depending on the product. Each listing includes material details.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Because our products are handmade and often personalized, slight variations may occur. That’s part of what makes each piece unique!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing takes5–7 business days, as each item is made-to-order. Shipping typically takes3–5 business days within the U.S.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We don’t currently offer expedited processing, but if you’re on a tight timeline, contact us, we’ll see what we can do!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., feel free to contact us to discuss options.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns, as our products are handcrafted, personalized, and made-to-order. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within7 days of delivery with photos. If it can’t be replaced, we’ll issue a refund.
Will I need to return the damaged item?
In some cases, yes. We may ask you to return the item (at our expense) so we can work with the shipping carrier to improve future deliveries.
