Refund policy

At Lee’s Creative Home, each of our products is handcrafted with care, often personalized, and made-to-order. Because of the unique and custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our work, and we encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order to ensure it meets your expectations.


Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at leescreativehome@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced. To be eligible for a refund, we require photo proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery. In some cases, we may also request that the damaged item be returned to us (at our expense) so we can work with the shipping carrier to improve future deliveries.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if requested), we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
